My Core Values
Like all of us, I am a human continually in process. Nonetheless, I pledge to do the work needed to be an academic who:
sees and hears those who do not feel seen or heard, and stands against unjust systems
fiercely believes in restoration, reconciliation, liberation, and healing
shares my authentic self with those around me, and welcomes others to do the same
places people and relationships above tasks, money, notoriety, productivity, or maintaining the status quo
brings communities together
prioritizes growth, creativity, curiosity, and perseverance over achievement
